Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Life Way Christian School. Please follow these steps if you are interested in enrolling your child at Life Way. The first step is to fill out the New Student Inquiry Form. Once we have received this form, we will contact you and start the application process. If you have questions, please call the school office at 479-795-9322.

Step One: Application

___ Completed student and family application
___ Statement of doctrinal beliefs
___ Copy of previous years behavioral records
___ Copy of most recent standardized test scores
___ Cumulative Transcript (High school applicants) or previous report card (K-8 applicants)
___ Most recent progress reports from current school
___ On-Site Placement test ($50 fee)
       *All these items must be received by the admissions office before an interview will be scheduled.

Step Two: Family Interview

The admissions office will contact you to arrange an appointment for parents and student to meet with the appropriate administrator. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the registration information, allow students an opportunity to share about themselves, and assist parents and students in answering any questions that they may have about the school.

Step Three: Admission

1.  Your child’s application will be prayerfully considered by the admissions committee.
2.  If your child meets the admissions requirement, the admissions office will notify you in writing and place your child in the appropriate grade.
3.  If there is no available space in the grade level, you will be placed on a waiting list pending availability.

Step Four: Final Enrollment

In order to complete the enrollment process, we must receive the following documents and fees:
___ Certificate of immunization form
___ Registration fee
___ Curriculum fee
___ Signed handbook agreement form
___ Copy of Birth Certificate
___ Copy of Social Security Card
