HOW TO APPLY

We are excited that you are considering Life Way Christian School for your family! Choosing a school is an important decision, and our admissions process is designed to help you learn more about Life Way while allowing us to get to know your child and family. Together, we’ll discover how Life Way can partner with you in providing a Christ-centered education that nurtures faith, character, and academic excellence.

Ready to Apply?

All applications are submitted online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account through FACTS. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child(ren). You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.


A non-refundable fee of $27 must be submitted with each application.


After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Step 1: Schedule an Admissions Conference

Prior to registration each family must schedule an admissions conference with a school administrator. (Students in 7th-12th grade must attend with parents) Please fill out the Request Information form and the school administration will be in contact with you.

Step 2: Submit a Family Application

A completed Family Application must be submitted. 

Step 3: Complete Student Entrance Test

Students will need to complete the entrance test for evaluation and class placement (K-12th Grade)

Step 4: Submit all Required Documents

Enrollment in LWCS is not considered final until all required documentation is received. This includes, but is not limited to, immunization records, birth certificate copies, and records from last school attended.

Step 5: Submit Family Contract

The Family Contract and all other documents must be filled out online in order to finalize admissions.

Preschool

  • Copy of birth certificate (from the state)
  • Current and up to date immunization record
  • If you are vaccine exempt, we require an approved letter from the state for the correct school year.

Elementary/Middle School

  • Copy of birth certificate (from the state)
  • Current and up to date immunization record
  • Transcript/Report cards from previous school(s)
  • Standardized Test Scores (1st-6th grade)
  • Attendance/Behavior Records



Jr. High/High School

  • Copy of birth certificate (from the state)
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Current and up to date immunization record
  • Transcript/Report cards from previous school(s)
  • Standardized Test Scores
  • Attendance/Behavior Records
